Great service and speed, but lack of feedback

I got offered an upgrade to my Telkom contract. Everything was handled well and I received my device. I wish I'd received some documentation in terms of the contract I signed up for so as to confirm and a follow up call from the agent who sold it to me to check if I was happy (especially since now I'd like to buy two more for my wife and mother). I tried calling the number on the pamphlet ( ********** 500) to no avail (which worries me as what if something was wrong with the delivery)
