Frustrating Service From SellDirect

I got a call early March 2018 advising that i am due for a upgrade and that Selldirect works with Cell C and they have a special on a phone she pitched the special and i accepted she then said that it will take 5 to 7 working days for delivery but i will get a call before delivery. Today is the 5th of April which is more than a month!!! I have tried to phone the ********** number several times on several different occassions.... Up to now i have had no call and i cannot get through to the ********** number. This is pathetic service.
