Unacceptable service

I was contacted by Bianca for a sim only deal which I took out for 2 of my prepaid numbers. She assured me that the 2 numbers I had will be kept and after the sale was done. Guess what, I got 2 new numbers and the staff assisting don't know what they are doing. The one lady said that I should send an sms to a specific number witht he words portme. I contacted Telkom and the lady there laughed as the number was already a Telkom number. I went to the Telkom store to try and resolve the matter and this is still not sorted. If Sell direct cant assist, they shouldn't be selling on behalf of Telkom. I need assistance as this is a bridge of contract and would like a copy of the call recording. If they can't resolve the matter, I would like to cancel.
