fee deducted but still no delivery!!

sell direct contacted me on a deal of the huawei media pad of R99 but they had to deduct R90 connection fee which they did but its been a week and i have still not received this item and its frustrating. i tried calling the number they have given me but NO ANSWER!!!! <br> <br> i want feedback of the item and when im getting it or atleast give me back my money.
