FAULT SALE

I Bongiwe Khanyile have a complain about Selldirect sale rep. his name is Ameni. First he was selling me Telkom 20gig mobile data, but I told him I have a problem where I stay with Telkom network it is very bad there is network no coverage. After that He sold me 4gig mobile data which he said is for "All Network" data and it is not Telkom. Than I agree to it, but after few days the sim card was delivered to me, I didn't open it, because I was busy back to back meetings. after two days they called me to activate it I told them I have not open it yet, but still they said its okay they will activate for me. After few days I open it, to my surprise it was Telkom. I called them (Selldirect) to inform them, but they were sending me back and forth no one helped me. after days I received an invoice from Telkom informing that I must pay for this. I went there, but no help from them too. I called them (selldirect) again I told them to fetch their sim card, until today they have not fetched it.
