False Advertising and Unhelpfull Staff

Myself and my wife got a new Telkom contract through Selldirect (our second year with them). Firstly they delivered only one phone and a bag full of excuses. We received the 2nd phone today... a week later. We had confirmation in email that from now untill end of March next year we both have unlimted Telkom data... awesome... so I started downloading and basically using my unklimited data... only to find out today, Telkom throttles you at 10GB<br> <br> Shafiek never mentioned that, so now we are bound to 2 x contracts for 2 years that we are not really happy with.<br> <br> So... Selldirect and Telkom put together is dishonest in their packages (Selldirect on their own is fairly useless as it is).
