False Advertising and Marketing

<p>I was called by Selldirect Consultant. I then took out Telkom Mobile Package Huawei E5573 Router, the consultant told and sent me an email stipulating that the contract consist of 5GB of data and 10GB of nite data, upon seeing the statement and communicating with Telkom consultants I discovered that the contract only gives me 2GB of data, was adviced that I need to call selldirect by telkom. </p> <p> </p> <p>Called selldirect, the consultants there sent me pillar to post, and its been a week now. Infact the consultants after hearing the reason for my call, dropped the call, I have sent the email ********** and didnt receive the help I needed. </p> <p> </p>
