False advertising???

Contacted on 22.1.15 by Justin Johnson. He offered an upgrade and I was made to believe that he works for Cell C. I migrated during November 2014 to take effect in Feb 2015 through Cell C, but he told me that this did not go through. I believed him and accepted the upgrade. He also said that I would receive a phone, which up to now I have not. Called Selldirect with my complaint and was told that this is not their problem, and I must contact Cell C.<br> Impossible to get anybody at CellC to understand the problem, and I do not think that this is their fault.<br> I feel that this is false advertising and above all, my email address, home telephone nr and cell number was also allocated to another person, according to the notice sent to her via my email!!!!!<br> Trying to call Selldirect/CellC and explain the problem is virtually impossible.
