Dont Trust this Company

An agent from sell direct recently contacted me, offering me a Telkom Mobile contract, i was interested, however after the debit went off my account i was told i would get the phone in7 days, when i contacted them they said they didnt have any stock available, so why offer something if you dont have any stock, i cancelled immediately and requested that they pay me back, they said an agent would contact me, but no one did, i have read so many complaints regarding this company, they are ************, i dont want to hear any ***, i just want my money back, please dont ever deal with this company
