Do not send out SMS message spretending to be a different company
Sell Direct Marketing sent out an SMS each morning saying it is from a courier company and that my parcel is out for delivery and I must be available at the address. After two days of my wife sitting at home we called the courier company who said the SMS is not from them and is from Sell Direct. The package was never sent out for delivery at all. Sell Direct should rather SMS to say we must phone the courier company. Don't send out SMS pretending to be the courier company. It has wasted two days of our time and we hope to get the parcel on day 3 now.

Please note Selldirect Marketing does not have an sms facility, those are sent by CIT on the day of delivery. If the delivery fails then our logistics consultants follow up with the client via call to make alternative arrangements. Ive escalated your query with our account manager at CIT, one of our agents will follow up with you during the course of the day.
