Disrespected by selldirct
Poor service from this company that is representing itself as Telekom. Was contacted by an agent by the name of Unathi. Instead of giving me what I wanted she gave what she preferred.
Its now a hustle for these guys to finalize the process of collection. I don't want this phone, will not be stuck with something, pay for it as if it's a gift from them.
Telkom your "valued customers" are abused by this company.
