Disrepected by selldirect
Hallo peter please assist me, I was contacted by sell direct regarding telkom data upgrade we agreed upon. Later they called me and offered me a contract cellphone as i Wanted to upgrade I agreed but on the arrival of cellphone it Was less value to the phone i was expected I did not like it at all immediately i contacted selldirect informing them that i am not happy with the cellphone, and we agreed that i will pay the value of it and end contract because they say i broke the seal even though the cell was never been used. I call them more than 10 times i even sent them e mail but no help, they activated the phone anyway and send me combined bill of cellphone and telkom data, i never have agreement with them i disputed and they force me with contract of cellphone please help.This have total disturb My life i felt i was exploited and manipulated, untill today no one willing to help me. The disputes department investigate and confirmed that the sale was above board and you were presented with the option to either activate the line or pay for the device which could not be resealed.
You followed up on 27/10/2020 at which point the disputes consultant emailed copies of the sales call to you for review.
