Dishonest and rude people that work at selldirect

I was due for an uppgrade and did not get to it due to the lockdown. On 7 July Selldirect contacted me and offered to do my upgrade. I agreed. What a mistake!!! Before ending the call the guy read the contract to me and mentioned that the phone would be Midnight Black. I then asked him whether the phone did not come out in a different colour, and he said to me that it was only manufactured in black. I then agreed that it would be fine. When I did go and look at the phome on google and phoned Telkom theybsaid that another colour was available. I am upset because I feel that if he maybe just told me that they were out of stock or that they only got the basic colours (as was told to me by another, very rude lady from selldirect) I would not have been so upset. I think that Telkom should use another service provider because this company is doing damage to their good name.
