Dishonest and ******* conduct
Misleading and dishonest. Selldirect uses personal information obtained in ******* manner - they got my info (even banking details) from Telkom Mobile without my consent. Then acted in misleading way, making me believe they are Telkom mobile. When I realised it is a different company I cancelled the “contract” with them. They then phoned me again the next day acting again as if they are Telkom mobile!

We have investigated and can confirm that your details were sent to us by Telkom's upgrades department. Unfortunately we are not able to keep your details off our database, you would need to get in touch with Telkom and ask them to not include you on any upgrade/promo lists.
The device we delivered was collected and cancellation requested.
