My father,being an elderly man was contacted on numerous occasions by Sell direct consultants for purchasing of contracts which he always refused to take because of Bad word of mouth by other people whom have had problems before with service delivery.So whilst at work he was contacted again by Selldirect,and being it was my little sisters birthday that was coming up on the 28th July he was taken into taking a contract.No issues there.The problem is from day one we have a problem with the device. We tried contacting Sell direct on***)to no availe,trust me it will be easier to get hold of the president.They never answer.So being that the contract was a Telkom 8ta sim card,my father has been to Telkom Lifestyle In Ballito on 4 different occasions.Everytime he is given excuses.When he requested for the manager the sales consultant just goes to the back and returns with an email that for all know could be anyone's.There's no reply for weeks now.I am sure customer service should be priority for Telkom.The manager should not only be employed to sit at the back office when requested by a customer for assistance. Please help us,its been over a month an no one seems to help us.
