Disgraceful Conduct

Disgustingly dishonest call Centre agent. Dealt with Sascha Lee. She will say anything to persuade you to upgrade with her. Sascha Lee misrepresented that Cell C has the phone that I wanted in stock and that it would be shipped out to me immediately. She **** about it, just to secure the upgrade. Subsequently, after a few days of waiting for the phone to arrive, I contacted the call centre and spoke to Sasch Lee’s supervisor, Giovanni. I advised him that I would report the call centre’s conduct with Cell C and he promised to let me have the details, but he failed to forward it. He’s conduct as the call Centre supervisor leaves much to be desired. Not only is he unreliable but his conduct borders on dishonesty. Giovanni and Sascha Lee are a disgrace. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Selldirect marketing will pay the price due the conduct of these *********, unreliable and dishonest employees!
