Direct Marketing Spam

I demand in light of PAIA Act of 2000: - where "Sell Direct" "obtained" my personal information from. - obtain a complete record of all my data they have. - why they refuse to remove my name from their direct marketing list.

Furthermore hereby also want to make crystal clear: - I have never and will never be interested in any form of direct marketing. - I explicitly deny marketing on any contract/application I sign.

Hereby please take note that in concordance with POPI act Section 11 subsection 1a, 2a, 2b, 3b and 4. I have not given consent, I do view this as Unsolicited Electronic Communication. I will view "Sell Direct Marketing" as being in breach of POPIA and follow process.
