Delivery without all the agreed products as was sold over the phone

I was called by the call center to upgrade my existing telkom contract. As part of the deal they would supply me a new router which I did receive, with a wifi range extender, which I did not receive.. I tried to call sell direct numerous times to no avail. The phone just disconnects every time. If I new their service was so bad I would have never accepted their offer.
