Customer satisfaction

I had an issue with Selldirect because of misunderstanding and I was contacted by one of their call centre staff members who was unhelpful and disregarded by issue or misundertstanding. later I was called by a lady who was professional. She introduced herself and said that she was from Selldirect. From this I expected another hot argument about how incorrect I was etc. But to my surprise she listened to my issue. After listening to my frustrations she went on step by step to explained herself and the processes that should have been followed to avoid the misunderstanding. Initially I was very angry and annoid that Selldirect was going to waste my time but no. Within a short time the lady suggested few option to remedy the situation. All her suggestions made sense. She did not try and patronising me by apologising etc. She was firm and to the point. The kind of person that you need in your organisation. She instill the sense that YES I would like to do business with this person or an organisation that has such people. I really salute the lady....yes her name is Nabeweya Majiet.
