Customer care line does not work
I am waiting for my cell phone which I want to track. I cannot get through to these people, since Tuesday, funny they call me back all the time and still confirm the useless telephone number.
The Team leader Abdul-Gamiet Adams, does not respond to mails and never gets back to enquiries.
If there is no service before the delivery how about the after sale service? So disappointing.
Unfortunately if this is not fixed soon, I will take my business somewhere else where the customer is valued unlike at Selldirect.
