contract not activated

Good day, I am very unhappy! I get a phone call for this great deals you have, I agree to not only take one contract from you but two, its been more than a week now that I can't even use the phone or the tablet as the contracts are not active yet, when I try to phone you your contact numbers don't work, I have send you numerous emails begging you to get back to me, but still no response? I really want to start using my new phone and tablet, can someone please get back to me? Or atleast give me a contact number that works??
