Completely unreachable

This company called me posing as Telkom- mislead me into thinking they were Telkom who I kno totally had a contract with - then they offer me a wifi deal - receive my router and cannot connect to the internet as I have to activate my SIM card through the company , but they never answer their damn phones. My frustration has turned to anger and I literally want to cry because I feel like I was ****med. Been to Telkom stores and called them but they can't help. I'm definitely taking this further as it seems this is a ****. If this is not activated in the next 2 days I will be reversing ever devoting order and comtacting the ombudsman
