im soo disgusted about the service I received from Sell Direct. In April I was offered a cellphone contract, was then asked to pay activation fee of R99.00 ive never heard from them ever since. Ive made follow ups every consultant that I speak to keeps on making promises that they will give me a callback. its been more than a month, no device, no phone call, no communication whatsoever. What happened to treating customers fairly?
