Company that give false contracts to customers

On the 11/11/2022 a sales agent phoned me and said he's from Telkom and says Telkom is having a early black Friday specials. He said I can keep my current sim only contract with the benefits I have on it and get and 50 minutes of all network minutes added to my contract and I will only pay R99. So I said yes. The first month went the premium was fine. The second month went and everything changed. The extra benefits are not there and my normal contract benefits are less and I'm paying more. There is a telephonic conversation where this agent took this contract and when I phoned to query this with sell direct there are some *********** people working there that don't have a clue on their job description but are there to frustrate customers. I want what was sold to me cos this company seems to look like a fly by night company and should be charged for *****.
