check phone specs before opening box and breaking seal
They claimed to send me a better phone than what they sold me previously. It has half the storage space and now they refuse to help me because I broke the seal to check if the box contains a cover :( Now I'm locked into this. They should have explicitly stated the specs and not just say it is better. I googled the specs while talking to them and it seemed to have 128GB but it turns out you get different models of the same phone :'(
