Cellphone contract

Hi there received a call from Kershia offering me cell phone contract was given all the details about the contract I agreed to all of this.Then received another call from one of there agents confirming the details and about the admin fees that needed to be paid. The admin fees was deducted from my bank account and to date has not heard anything from them tried calling them but no answer have forwarded them e-mails as well no replies as yet.Could you please investigate it seems like its all a ****med
