Cannot return device within cooling off period
I did an upgrade via Sell Direct with 2 lines, I asked the agent if there were any other devices I could get on the specific package, she said NO, that the device is \FREE"on the package"

The packages on offer from Selldirect Marketing have been bundled by Telkom Mobile specifically for SDM. Offers from the Telkom mobile site are exclusively available from the site with a few exceptions that are available in store.
As you have stated, the box is open and the plastic removed. One of our consultants will contact you shortly to ascertain the condition of the box. Be advised that if the box is damaged or the seal is broken you will, as per the CPA , be held liable for the full cost of the device.
We will also be confirming usage with Telkom but again, be advised that if the seal is broken we are unable to collect.
We will keep you appraised as we proceed.
