Cancelled contract being charged for

After being sold a contract with telkom mobile that didn't work, Sell direct was quick to cancel and collect the router with the promise the contract was cancelled and all fees would be wavered because they sold me a product that had no coverage in my area. Low and behold I was just debited with the whole amount for a contract I do not even have.<br> The struggle getting through to someone to assist is also a problem. <br> I would not recommend Sell direct to anybody<br> Would appreciate it if this problem can be sorted.
