Broken Devices !!!!!

so i took out a contract through sell direct <br> <br> received the device in June and the box was all broken used the device for the day and the battery dies constantly <br> <br> i have then told them i want to cancel this and however its July and nothing has happen <br> <br> I have called sell direct and the lady dealt with my query has blatantly told me that I'm a **** and i had never cancelled this contract <br> <br> if i do want to cancel the phone i have to pay full cancellation for a phone I'm not using why ???<br> <br> sell direct is really unprofessional and i wont leave this matter like this , and to top it off i have the recording of the entire conversation <br> <br> really ****ed and now after switching on the phone the phone does not want to charge <br> <br> will never do business with them in future and i highly recommend that you guys don't do business with them <br>
