Best service yet...

I called Telkom mobile/selldirect to get a router. I was assisted by a sales consultant (I will not mention his name) who said my router will be delivered within 7 days. 7 days later, I had not yet received my router and I called again. This time I was assisted by Ethne Botha who confirmed she can see my order but it had not left the store/warehouse. She then promised to follow-up, keep me updated as well as fast track the order.<br> <br> She stuck to her word on all three promises and within 3 days, I had received my parcel. She followed up daily and kept me updated on the process.<br> <br> AMAZING service - I would like to compliment her for a job well done!!!<br> <br> Kind regards
