Bad Service......don't answer their phones

I have been trying to call Sell Direct for days and they do not answer their phones or respond to emails. Does this company actually exist and if they do then it is pathetic. I can't believe our service providers use companies like this and then wonder why we do not want to support them. Very disappointed with the fact that the majority of their responds states that their lines are extremely busy...use another excuse as this one is outdated now
