Bad service at its best

I was offered a sumsung phone, and never received anything after two weeks.When I try calling this number ***)for delivery, I get a voice prompt to select option 1 for delivery but the phone rings for a while and I get dropped. So annoyed! Perhaps I will have to reverse the R90 debit orders if I do not receive any joy and the reason I will give to my banker would be '****' because it is if you are given a number and when you dial it you cannot receive help from it.
