Bad service and dishonest

Sell direct agents are deceiving, if you want a piece of mind don't buy from them. They sold me a phone, the guy said I cannot chose a colour and I can return the phone withing 7 working days. I received the phone, it's black and I don't like it. When I called to return the phone I was told that I cannot cancel because I opened the box and I was told that they only have color black. A dispute was logged for me and they were supposed to call withing 48 to 72 hours, I was called 10 days later. Rendal is the guy that dealt with my dispute; he said he listened to the conversation of the sale and I was told that I was not supposed to open the box, which I don't remember and which also doesn't make sense because the only way to see a phone is to open it. I asked for the copy of the conversation, I am waiting for the copy.

He concluded that I need to pay for the cost of three phone.

I was deceived as the guy who was helping knew very well that the only color they have is black and he said I cannot chose a colour. If you want peace of mind don't buy with sell direct.
