Bad service

I was called offered a Telkom mobile contract via selldirect which was a Samsung and a Huawei tablet. I paid the amount due for the two devices to go through or be processed as they said. A few days after to my suprised I only get the delivery of the Samsung only then when I call I am told that the tablet is being processed now to activating my samsung which was delivered on the 01 April 2015 I had to call selldirect again I have been going round in circles being transferred from 1 consultant to another sitting with a phone that isn't working because it has not been activated when I call about the activation and the other device I get transferred from on phone to another and you get a person picking up and transferring me again and the Danielle that had called with this package is now unreachable I asked to speak to a manager or some one in charge and I was told with a very bad attitude from Milani that I will be called back in an hours time... im annoyed and frustrated and these people are doing nothing to help
