Bad service

I upgraded my contracts and ordered 2 P40 lite and the colour I choose werePink and Black however only black P40 lite were delivered. I called Telkom several times and twice I was told the matter will be escalated to the manager from 09 December till now no call. Then I asked the consultant to provide me with Sell direct number, I called selldirect I am still waiting for the dispute manager to listen to 20 minutes sales conversation between me and their agent. Its been 13 days still no feedback or way forward. I am not doing any business with Telkom in future. Their arrogance will take them down like Cell C.
