Bad service

I was approached by on of their agents about a Telkom mobile deal for a Experia x1 at R90 per month. The agent had promised to have the phone delivered within 7 days after deducting R90 from my account. We are now on the third week. No one has made contact with me since and no one is picks up the phone. It rings until it cuts off. I'm beginning to suspect this is a ****. I wish I had read these comments before agreeing to take up this contract.
