Bad service

I bought pocket router with sell Direct and it was delivered as they promised,now the problem start when the router need activation their number is ringing without an answer,my router is not activated it's morethan 10 days since I have the router but it's not working,I regret buying this router through sell Direct.I don't even know if it will ever be activated.
