Bad Service

The worst service ever. i was contacted by sell direct for a Telkom sim card package which i accepted. i specifically indicated on the phone that i need to be contacted prior to delivery as i am not office based - till now after several calls to follow up i have not received my package. the sell direct contact centre staff is not professional, very defensive all the time. when i struggle to activate one one sim on a friday, i was advise it would only be done my monday 48 hrs, when i told them to cancel the contract as it was inconvenient for me, they activated it withing 45 minutes. I am appalled by this company service and will not recommend anyone to deal with them or accept any deal from them.
