Bad response and NO delivery
I was offered a Tablet<br> I was told that the tablet will be delivered 7 working days after the admin fee debit order was deducted<br> The money was deducted (R90) and its been over a month and i am still awaiting delivery<br> I was told that a consultant wasgoing to contact me as i wanted to cancel the contract due to absolute bad service<br> i am never ever doing business with you again and please take my name and number off your database

We have looked through the logs on our internal system and the facts are these:
1. We spoke to you on 01/07/15 and you agreed to the package,
2. You received a call from the Confirmations department during which you consented to the admin fee being deducted on 25/07/15,
3. On 27/07/15 we received positive feedback from Telkom's Vetting department, On the same day you spoke to a consultant from the Insurance department and requested cancellation.
Your request was forwarded to the cancellation department for termination.
