Bad experience

I recieved a call from sell direct informing me of their promotional package of a wifi router ,5 gigs day time 10 gigs night time and I saw this as a product that will save me money so I went for it as it was positioned to me that i would save since it is only R99. To my surprise yesterday, telkom informs me that the 5 gig daytime data I agreed to was non existent and it is only 500MB . I then called sell direct and was told that a team leader will contact me in this regard as I was to ld that all calls are recorded. Till now I havent recieved any communication and am very irritated and disappointed by this false selling and manipulation.
