Bad customer service / hanging up on me like that

<p>I upgraded my contract through Sell Direct (thinking it was Telkom mobile)</p> <p>Someone came to deliver the phone at my work place when I got to the reception, I was told that the deliver guy has left. I went on leave for two days and gave the company an address to deliver the phone. I received a sms to say that the phone will be delivered on Friday , almost three weeks later I have not received the device. I have been on the phone all day today trying to get answerers from Telkom (10213) which also proved to be a waste of time as they also dont have answers nor can they get a hold of sell direct. I tried calling sell direct myself with no luck ( ********** ).</p> <p>Sell Direct can you please cancel my order as I don`t want the phone any more.</p>
