Bad customer service and cant get hold of selldirect to assist with query

Just phoned sell direct to get more info on a purchased made and to get full explanation..... what do you get instead...... attitude from sales staff when enquiring about activation and full details....kept on telling me this was all previously explained!! I know but I am just asking again for assistance and then he just ignores you and when asking to speak to someone else to assist he refuses when asking to speak to manager.....he keeps me on line and then drops it....... *** dude? Wasting my time and my call money on purpose!!! I am very upset at this moment and when trying to phone again my call is being dropped when going through the same call options....like they are ugnoring me on purpose now.. I really hope someone do care enough to phone me back to try and resolve my query......... but now I want to speak to supervisor and in my own language ...Afrikaans. this behaviour is unacceptable.
