Bad contract / Telkom Upgrade

I've been with Telkom for over 6 years. Things went bad when I upgraded via sell Direct Marketing. Now my data finishes quickly , and when upgrading they gave me 10G Night surf while there is an TV add which gives people 20G for the monthly premium.
