BAD ATTITUDE FROM ZEENAT

Good day. I received a phone call from one of your ladies at around 08h45 this morning. The lady gave me an offer of a Soney ZPERIA E1 with its goodies. I was interested but had to rush to a meeting. My telephone is *** or ***. However we have had some trouble with our phones and I could not speak to her. I called your office at *** and spoke to a lady by name of Zeenat. Oh what an idiot and rude lady. I tried several times to explain to her but she was not interested in listening but telling me how intelligent she was. I would like to emphasise that in a direct marketing company you don't need idiots like Zeenat. Please send her to school to learn manners and business talking on the phone. She is rude...how the hell can she yell on a customer on the phone and then DROP THE PHONE....What an idiot.<br> <br>
