Awaiting Delivery

Hi <br> <br> i have upgraded my cell c contract with you guys last week. i still have not received my cell phone as yet. it has been over a week and i was promised to receive it the following day. i am trying to call your courier company but i received no email or call with the waybill number. please could you call me urgently regarding this query as i upgraded nicely but did not receive my cell phone. bad service.<br> <br> justin james
