Automated bots and ads getting my number from Telkom?

Always fun to receive a random phone call in the morning, when you pick it up no one is on the other end besides for some background noise. After raising my voice eventually shouting HELLO! I hang up the phone (I look at the dodgey details of the caller named "rDisp3" *** Smart call, thus a automated bot.) I decide to call this number back to hear where it's coming from. To my delight I phone into a Ad recording for SELL DIRECT.......after some research i discover sell direct, sells on behalf of Telkom.. After i already had about 4 F#cking phone calls from telkom asking if i wanted to upgrade, whom i declined 4 TIMES and asked them to remove my name of the list, I still receive this ****. Learn to take NO FOR A F#CKING ANSWER. I also find that Telkom is 40% government owned, now then things really do start making sense..... if I receive one more marketing call from your ****ty company I'm ending my retainer contract and phone insurance and you will never hear from me again.
