I bought an ipone 14 some time January on contract unfortunately when the package was delivered i was out of town. My cousin picked up my package on my behalf and only to find a dummy phone(makeup case) i called sell direct informing them about the package and that I wanted to cancel my contract as I was not happy with the package, i was told, that wont be possible because they still investigating.Ive been calling and calling and getting the runaround if I dont call no one says anything now it ls been a month the first installment went through but when i call telkom they say they dont know a thing but they are the one debting me, wjen i call sell direct they say its under investigation. This whole situation is so frustrating.
