AGENT DIDNT KEEP TO HIS WORD.

I was called by the guy Chaserel thomas to sell me a telkom mobile cellphone. After agreeing terms, he gave me his cellphones numbers to call to activate the phone after I receive it. I received the cellphone on friday and on monday called him. he now tells me he doesnt activate phones and I need to call ***. when i called the number, all i get is a machine then it says the agent will get back at you or press 1 for the switchboard, on the switchboard the phone just rings unanswered. trying to get him to tell them to call me as well seems futile, because he says he can get through to them, why cant I? Now I am sitting with a phone I cannot use and by the end of the month they are going to debit my account for this bad service I am getting. Jabu Radebe
