A Terrible service

one of my friend told me that since i was using telkom network, there is a special which is offered by Sell direct on behalf of telkom and she gave me the number to call them( ********** ).

i called them and one lady on the phone said i must leave my details one of their consultant will call me. indeed the guy called me i just did not take his name, he offered me a 15.5 gigabytes of data plus router for R99, as i was interested i asked him to call me first thing in the morning so that we can go ahead with the contract. indeed he called me and we finalized the contract taking all my particulars such ID, bank details etc. He even explained that i have 7 days cooling off period to cancel the deal after delivery. in short the deal was final, the only thing that was left was them to deliver.

Almost after two weeks, i did not receive any delivery from Sell direct.

Yesterday 14-11-2017 round about 08:40, i called them after so many attempts being unable to go through finally i got one gentlemen, i explained my situation but to my surprise he said he can not find a contract or any information under my ID number. i told him that there is no way because the deal was finalized, being rude as he was to me i suggested that he must escalate my query and even asked him that they must must get the recordings instead he hanged up the phone while i was still talking.

I immediately called again and this time i spoke to one lady and i explained my query to her and the guy who hanged up the phone. She also confirmed that they don't have anything under my ID on their system but she promised to escalate this matter.

However i am very much disappointed with Sell direct, I just want to warn people about them. They are very unprofessional, *************. I really believe that they are a ****.

To back up my story i have a recording on my phone that i spoke to them and the contract was finalized, how can they say i did not speak to them and they can not find anything from their system, why do they drop calls while the client is still talking , why is so difficult to go through their phones.
