Sellcom.store are punting multipurpose ultrasonic mini washing machines on a special. Having a need for a unit, I purchased one via their online store to which end delivery is way overdue. Their tracking for the order 4733 shows that it left their warehouse the day after purchase and that delivery was to be expected on a given date, approximately a week and a half ago. After numerous emails questioning the lack of said delivery and requesting an update, I have yet to experience acknowledgement, leave alone a reply! It is noteworthy that they do not offer a telephone number in order to reach their facility for purpose of querying any issues that might well arise, and seemingly ignore any and all emails to their supposed offices. As a result, I can only assume that this is yet another **** and would be most grateful if you undertook an investigation and exposed them for what they are. Your sincerely, Michael Lavery.
